Very spacious, roomy, comfy, large dining table, washer and dryer, rest rooms, shower, sinks, kitchen area, couch, electric outlets, Wi-Fi, lounges were Fantastic! What a fantastic stay! Very comfortably fit the four of us- two adults and two kids. The lobby staff were a very international group and so very helpful and warm. The area is perfect- a very short walk to the subway where you can get to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc with ease (there’s a loft for strollers around the corner too!). 7-11 across the street was perfect for breakfast every day- smoothies, coffees, pastries and more. Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!

A clean spacious room with all amenities available for use. We took advantage of the washer dryer in one, that was a big plus! It felt very homey and I would 100% recommend this apartment-hotel. The staff are exceptional people! All spoke fluent English and were willing to help me with some Japanese. Services, when requested were fulfilled in an extremely timely manner with great attention to detail. They were able to give great recommendations for local restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They speak English so don't worry. What I found amazing was that in order to operate the elevator you need your room key card. So that shows some added security for their guests. There was a small workout room and a laundry room for you to use which is extremely convenient. They also serve breakfast for a fee.
