"I stayed in two different types of rooms during my 11-day trip. Initially, I booked a larger room for two people for the first two nights. The room was a bit dated and quite noisy; I heard water running through the pipes and strange mechanical sounds at night, which impacted my sleep. For the remaining days, I stayed on my own. This room was better than the first, though the cleanliness was not spotless and could be improved. The staff members are generally helpful and the location is excellent."

"Hotel is in a great location. It is just across the street from the shinagawa station. From there you can get most places. Only negative is breakfast buffet. It is fairly pricey . The selection of western types of food is not up to par for the price. I would have expected an omelette station for the price. Food was generally not hot but maybe that is an asian thing. Overall the hotel is very good. There is a 7-11 just outside the hotel if you prefer a quick breakfast. Closest macdonalds is on the other side of the train station but not too far if you are looking for inexpensive breakfast. I would stay again because of access to the train station"

While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. Dining Experience (a) Breakfast: Surprisingly excellent. I highly recommend it — the food tasted great and there was a wide variety of choices. (b) Late-night food: A very thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers frozen meals for guests arriving late at night. They are affordable and can be easily heated in the microwave, which is quite convenient. 4. Room Condition The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting standard expectations.
