"This hotel is located at terminal 3 in Haneda airport, Tokyo. After customs, stay on floor 2, and stay inside the anirport and look for the mall entrance. Once you locate it, the hotel signs appear. The hotel is nice, and easily accessed, while staying inside the airport. Nice, but small accommodations, and very clean. After a long flight from Honolulu, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, it was very easy to access the Keikyu train line, to Shinagawa station. I was on my way to Kyoto. It was much simpler than I had imagined. This hotel is a phenomenal location for weary travelers that just want a good nights sleep. I felt very blessed to find this option and it worked out perfectly."

"The rooms are really clean and made it easier to get comfortable when needed. However, breakfast was a deal breaker for us because my son and I got food poisoning from the undercooked chicken meatballs served at the breakfast buffet. It made our trip a bit of a challenge the last few nights unfortunately."

"Once we checked in into our room, the air conditioning was blowing hot air. I’ll talk to the staff multiple times and they told me to open the window and open my door. Once I got a fan up to my room, everything was still hot and the problem was solved to deal with this for five days. I think the hotels just trying to go as cheap as they can. Because even the breakfast sucked. For the amount of money that I spent for both rooms I think it should’ve had working air conditioning or even got it to get fixed , instead of giving me a fan and telling me to open my door and my window was unprofessional That’s all I can say about that. "

"The location to the nearest station is excellent as it located just outside the basement entrance to Shinagawa Seaside station. There are 3 konbini and multiple restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The room is very comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing, and having a bath available to soak feet at the end of the day is great. The only slight drawback is that the air on can't be adjusted, so the rooms are very warm, but we were very happy with our stay! Arigato gozaimasu"
