"Tmark was a great choice for our stay in Japan. The location was very convenient. There is a train station across the street, lots of hole-in-the-wall spots nearby, and the neighborhood is easy to navigate. Check out Zakuro (Shinagawa City) - a nearby izakaya spot. People were friendly, the menu was delish, and they accommodated English speakers. The room, while it appeared small at first, was just what we needed. We had enough space for all the luggage and shopping bags. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the juice machine."

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The location was a completely surprise and definitely worth it for our last minute short stay. The only downside was that during the night the ac would be turned off because it was centrally controlled. As a result I was not able to sleep comfortably because the room would be warm. I would still visit the hotel again and recommended it to others."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I shipped my luggage from Kyoto before arriving, and it was already waiting in my room when I checked in. That level of service was truly appreciated. This hotel was far better than the one I stayed at in Shinjuku. The service here was outstanding, and the complimentary airport shuttle made my trip even more convenient. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. My only suggestion is regarding the breakfast. It was good, but I think the menu could be be improved by offering freshly made omelets and a few more cooked-to-order options. That small change would make the breakfast experience even better. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and convenience."

"The biggest plus was that the hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows - had the best sleeps. Staff at front desk were nice but not particularly helpful - maybe due to language barriers. The hotel did a good job overall though. Note: One of the most annoying things about the hotel was the lack of seating near the entrance (outside and directly by the doors) - one of us had mobility issues and when waiting for transport would have appreciated somewhere to sit/rest by the doorway. Instead we had to walk all the way into the hotel and sit in front of reception - it caused unnecessary discomfort when in pain."
