"Very central hotel in Shinjuku. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants and malls. There is a Family Mart and 7-11 close by. Free amenities in the hotel lobby. Staff were very helpful. The Airport Limousine stops in front of the hotel making it very convenient for travelers. This was my second stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here the next time I visit Tokyo again."

"The staff were very helpful. We had several questions and they were very accommodating. We really appreciated them speaking English and being very patient with us. Location of the hotel was excellent. Several food options nearby and transportation was obviously great as it was connected to the station."

"Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay."

"Terrific location if you want to be close to the chaos of Shibuya but not in it. There were great little restaurants nearby and a grocery store directly across the street. Coffee shops don’t open early in Tokyu but the lobby cafe serves a great brew from 7am. We stayed 8 nights and appreciated having a kitchenette and washer/dryer."

"Convenient location (walkable to a lot & train/metro station with luggage), staff was great-helped us easily forward our luggage on to Kyoto. Rooms were very clean & efficient but more compact than expected-(though have heard Tokyo rooms are small, I don’t have any other hotel to compare to.) Seamless check-in process."
