The room we had was dated. Decor probably from the 80s. There was also a hole on the wall and my headboard had some strange smear that I didn't want to question. The staff however are wonderful and the breakfast worth it in my opinion. It is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station. Not far also to Haneda airport. About 40 min by train to downtown Tokyo.

I enjoyed my 18 days in a large room for Japan. The cleaning staff are friendly and amazing. There is an option for brunch with lots of variety. The hotel is very quiet and close to everything - only steps to many, many eateries and train station.

Can’t beat the location. Shopping is more or less 5 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurant and shops. About 2 minutes to Haneda Airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Male front desk staff was very rude when asked to call a cab. Seems service levels completely drop once you check out. Rooms were old, full of dust (especially under the beds) and in need of repair. Bath water never drained and our window nearly fell off it's screws. Hotel is cheap, but I'd rather go elsewhere next time. Daily breakfast was decent though and the hotel is conveniently located near Kamata station with many shops and restaurants around.

The property is old and needs to be updated. The location is ideal because of all the restaurants and shops close by and the train station is also close to the hotel. They do also have the ability to get your luggage transported so that was convenient for us.

The location is grate is really close by to Kamata station, also close to shopping center with donijote and several restaurants, it is 15 min away from the kamata kekiu (airport line). It does not have a ramp to access the lobby of the hotel you have to go out and down some steps so it is not accessible for wheelchairs and if you have luggage it’s a small hassle. The bed is hard, but the room is very spacious in comparison to most hotels. It’s ok for a short stay.

The service and accommodations were excellent, but the food selection was quite repetitive. Although the meals were prepared well, there was limited variety, and many menu items were repeated throughout the stay. Adding more options would enhance the overall guest experience.

Me and my 18 year old son stayed here for his senior trip. It was super convenient and I loved having two beds and our own bathroom. Beds weer nice and everything worked as it should. The train station was a two to three minute walk and there was at least three convenient stores within a two minute walk. There was a McDonald's open the first night we were there but I guess we got to go there on the last day it was open. To bad because it was nice. We loved our time in Tokyo and the Chisun hotel was a great place to stay for a very reasonable price.
