「Carmen is THE most excellent host-communication was wonderful & she is so friendly & helpful. The condo is superb & has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay - down to shampoo, conditioner, detergent, dishwasher tabs, food wrap. We cooked a range of food with ease when not dining out.The condo is near enought to the pool to be handy but far enough to be quiet & our overall stay was very peaceful. 「It was everything she said it would be. The room was nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the cooler and chairs that are available. We saw but did not take advantage of the bikes. There were quite a few so maybe next time we will try a bike out and ride to town. It is so close to downtown Dunedin. It was very quiet we had no issues with noise. 」
