Close to great food, shops, live music, fun clubs, the baseball stadium, bike shops, sunsets and there was even a nice farmers/artisans market just down the road each morning. The property is within walking distance to all that Dunedin has to offer. From local breweries and great restaurants along the Pinellas Trail to the reason we went, TD Ballpark and Blue Jays Spring Training, everything was within walking distance with the TD Ballpark being about a mile away but the area is flat and very safe.
