The host reaches out to make sure that I don't need anything, and to let me know that they are available if I find that I do need something.The location is perfect; off the beaten path, but close to everything. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, but I usually ride my bike. There is a nice long beach front paved boardwalk, the beach is awesome, there are reasons why it is the number 2 beach in USA Today's...

"From Brian—Loved my stay. Very easy walk to the art district. You could spend a week exploring all the nearby shops. As for the unit, it’s the little things that matter—plenty of outlets for multiple electronics, a shower head at the appropriate height for tall people, and Chris was easy to work with. I would definitely stay again."

"Location was awesome. Walking distance to everything, the beach, bars and restaurants, etc. We did not rent a car but got a Lyft to and from the airport. The pool was an added bonus. Would stay again."
