"Very quaint hotel. Clean. Staff was attentive even at 5 in the morning. A little off the beaten path, I was just there to sleep. Get what you need before you go because there is just a soda machine. "

"Good location.
Wendy's Restaurant right next door.
McDonald's is across the street.
Hooters is also very close.
The Motel is old and definitely could use a little work, but for the price we paid it was okay.
15 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino."

"From the moment you walked in AJ, Jimmy and Earnest made me feel welcomed and safe! To where I added an extra night.
Next morning during breakfast Robyn made it perfect! I always stay here because I feel not only comfortable but safe! For a woman traveling alone that’s HUGE.
Your rooms are SPOTLESS! beautiful design, perfectly balanced with lighting and my goodness remote access shade and black out shades, my breakfast “ the Cuban “ was amazing , the whole place is gorgeous and clean and everyone is happy when they great you! I stayed in Room # 808 and I’ve never seen a housekeeper ss nice as the one servicing our floorI that alone speaks for itself! can not wait for the pool to be done is going to be amazing.
If you never stayed here you are totally missing out what a wonderful place! I can’t wait return.
Keep up the frat work y’all!

"Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable stay. Good pricing and almost brand-new hotel. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. A special shoutout to Brandon at the front desk—he was especially helpful and made the experience even better. The only minor drawback was the air conditioning/vent system. I wish it could be completely turned off, as it stayed on more than I would have preferred. Other than that, everything was great."
"The lady during the AM shift was so sweet and kind checking me in. The room smelled like body odor and there was many dirt in the bathroom and under the bed. "
"I enjoyed my stay. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was hot with sausage and eggs. For those going to Busch Gardens, the hotel has a shuttle bus to take you there. I would stay there again."
"The staff was very attentive. The check-in process was very smooth. It would’ve been nice to have a little more variety at daily breakfast but overall it was a good stay. "
"The hotel is lovely with Boho-chic aesthetic and lush greenery. Rooms are spacious and have balconies. Daniel, the front desk manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill.
Maintenance & Room Issues
Our room of four women had a completely non-working shower.
A maintenance worker came to the room while we were still there and suggested he could come by to turn the shower on and off for us manually. This was completely unacceptable.
While we were out for dinner, the team attempted to fix the shower. Daniel proactively tried to contact us to move our rooms, but we didn't see the message until we returned late that night.
Upon returning, our shower had been taken apart, making a move mandatory. The night agent was visibly bothered by us and acted as if our situation was an inconvenience. He provided new keys but did not offer a bell cart or help us move; we had to specifically request a cart and move all of our own luggage.
Billing & Management Failures
Daniel kindly promised to comp our Friday night to make up for the trouble. However, the checkout process was handled poorly:
Sunday Checkout: Daniel was off, and the manager on duty, Mitch, had no record of the arrangement.
Broken Promise: Mitch assured me my card would not be charged until he spoke with Daniel. Instead, I was charged in full immediately. It has been exactly 7 days since I checked out and still no credit."
