「The condo was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Great location. For light sleepers and those who enjoy watching tv the traffic is steady and is sometimes very loud. We would stay here again. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, manatees, fish jumping, boats and some beautiful sunsets from the balcony.」

「First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. 「The actual unit was nice and relatively clean. For a booking for two adults, I would have expected more than one wash cloth and it lacked a bathmat. Parking was very tight in the small parking lot (I had to climb through the passenger door of my vehicle twice because the other cars were parked far to close for me to open the driver side door) and other tenants seemed to park wherever they wanted, ignoring the assigned spot signs. Communication with the host was horrible. I kept receiving...

「My host was great - she was very helpful with keeping me updated with a lot of information regarding her place & things to do in the St. Petersburg area! Plus, her place was very clean for when we arrived so when my wife & I left today we did our best to follow the host’s departure instructions & to leave her place clean as well.」

「The host is top notched, responsive and cares. The property was clean and nice enough once you get past the oddities of a large home divided up into 5 different apartments. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels (minus wash cloths and kitchen towels). Walls are paper thin so neighbors will hear/understand every word. But completely quiet at night. A nice area with water and dock/amenities. I think I would stay here again.」
