セントピーターズバーグのヴィラ

「I had to stay here for 28 days due to a issue at my current house being remodeled. The host stayed in contact with me to ensure my stay was going well the entire time. The house was clean. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom was clean. It has all your basic essential needs. The beds are comfortable. If I have to use Vrbo again for anything in Tampa, I will definitely try to rent from this host.」

「This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer.」

「Nice and clean smelled good everything provided host communicated well and in a timely manner !」

「Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. The host was very responsive and had some...

「Wonderful price! Great location! HUGE! You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but close to everything in the city. Definitely a retreat location.」

「Very nice house with very friendly hosts!」

「First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. The house is lovely and the double washer and dryer was a game changer. The only thing I’ll add in full transparency is that there were some aspects that were not as pristine as the pictures listed. When we got there the pool was down quite...

「For what we were looking for & the price, it was great. Beach was beautiful & quiet. We came at what I would say was the best time of year, after the summer crowds/Labor Day. Amazing sunsets. The unit itself definitely needs updating & repairs need to be made. Refrigerator water & ice maker was not in working order & although they offered to have an appliance repair man come out, who really wants to worry about that while on vacation. The amount of mosquitoes INSIDE the unit at the time of check...

「Absolutely fabulous!! Great location, extremely responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful home. It was so convenient to have laundry detergent and dish soap readily available as well as plenty of garbage bags. The rooftop was beautiful and the walk to beach can't be beat. 」

「Property was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be to provide extra blankets.」
