「Great hosts! Very accomodating. Close enough to stores and restaurants but feels secluded. Loved the pool and pond! A local friend stopped by and loved it as well and wanted the link for info herself. Would come here again!」

「This was my second time at this property, and, just like the first stay, it was awesome. I go to Tampa often on business, and having a place in a great neighborhood, close to work it such a pleasure. Devin and Pam are also awesome hosts!」

「We loved the house, everything was clean and organize. We love the patio and had so much fun playing with the mini golf. 」

「Very nice and private gem! Pool was clean and warm enough to enjoy. Hot tub was was amazing! Centrally located to whatever you're into! ONLY downside were the mosquitoes...BUT welcome to life by the water! . Host left plenty of spray and sunscreen out. Bed was super comfy, AC was awesome! Special touches like extra ice and my husband's drink of choice were waiting for us! All the amenities were ready to go. Would definitely stay here again if we come that way! Heather and Tim were great hosts! 」

「Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.」

「The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The host kindly provided water, a few snacks, and an array of board games for our family to enjoy. Our rooms were comfortable and we didn't have any issues. There was plenty of space for the five of us (4 adults and one teenager).The check-in and check-out instructions were pretty simple and didn't take long to complete.
