"The bathroom in our room smelled terrible, the woman who checked us in on Friday morning was unwelcoming and unpleasant, and there were stains on the bedding. It was advertised and cost the rate of a 4-star hotel, but it is a 3-star at best."

"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "

"Absolutely perfect location. Beautiful very. Private area of beach. Just know lounge chairs cabanas are for rent only. And rent them early in day. "

"This hotel is adjacent to a runway and there is no peace to be had while staying here. The hotel is in very poor condition, and rundown. Scary place to stay!!"

"We let the staff at the front desk know that the water didn’t get hot in our shower. No one attempted to check it. They asked us if we had turned it the right direction. I asked if I turned it left she said yes I told them it just keeps spinning. They had nothing else to say for me. My daughter had requested an extra blanket was promised one and never received one and when we first got into the hotel room, it smelled like mildew. The only good thing about this experience was the view away from the hotel looking out was beautiful. However, the staff did not seem to care and the place was ran down. I normally never leave a bad review, but this one definitely took the cake and especially them charging me almost $300 during spring break for that room that shouldn’t even even been 50 bucks"
