「Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. 」

「I really appreciated the communication I received before and through our stay.This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the amenities which fitted our needs. I loved the heat lamp and the lotions.Close proximity and convenient to shopping and dining.Nice views from the home. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing maybe to consider is updating the king bed. I would recommend this place and location.Thank you」

「Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy. 」

「We had a lovely time. The weather was unseasonably warm and still! The view was amazing, well worth the money!We would have like to have a can opener in the kitchen :) The TV is not available unless you have or want to sign up for services. Not even regular tv so that was a little disappointing. Nonetheless we had a wonderful time. 」

「The owner's of this property take wonderful care of this unit! The only thing missing in the kitchen, was an electric tea kettle. The lighting above the dining table leaves a lot to be desired, as the lights flicker very much like a strobe light. It made it difficult to enjoy a meal or play games at the dining table. The lighting overall, could be greatly improved with overhead lighting. Werealllighting.Overallreallenstay」

「The apartment is small but adequate. The property is musty, but the heaters keep it toasty warm. The biggest disappointment was the oven didn’t work after bringing many food items that required an oven. The staff was quick to respond to any issues and they were able to solve all but the oven issue. The view is amazing and the location is convenient for getting to the beach.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location and the view is spectacular. Our issue was the TV in the bedroom did not work and the mattress seems very old. We moved to the sofa bed to see if that was better and we could watch TV, but it was not. The sofa sleeper is very old and uncomfortable. We would stay again if the mattress was replaced and the TV fixed. 」

「Honestly best spot close to the beach, close to the stores very friendly . Check in was each as long you read the instructions. As far as check out only thing would be nice just like a night drop off box or something . But over all experience the place is amazing with everything you need and beautiful views would 10/10 recommend to anyone . Hope to book again in the future 」
