Seaside Beach Club 203 - Oregon Beach Vacations

Welcome to Seaside Beach Club #203! This gorgeous second-floor oceanfront condo in Seaside is right on the Prom and located just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Seaside. Complete with one bedroom and two baths, this unit sleeps up to six guests.

Step inside this quaint beach-themed unit for a relaxing vacation on the Oregon coast. The living room is beautifully decorated in blues and corals for a real beach feeling. A flatscreen TV with a DVD player is included for entertainment when the weather isn't cooperative. There is also a private back deck included in this unit, just step outside and enjoy your oceanfront view of the Pacific Ocean and the Seaside boardwalk! A dining room table seats four, with more room located at the kitchen counter, complete with barstools. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick and easy homemade meal. Head down the hallway, and you'll find the bedroom, complete with a queen bed and another flatscreen TV. The sleeper sofa and a queen Murphy bed are available in the living room. One bathroom offers a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub/shower combo. Head downstairs, and take a walk on the Prom down to the Seaside shops and restaurants, or relax and watch a beautiful sunset on the beach with your family. BEACH ACCESS: Access to the beach and the Seaside Prom can be found directly in front of the Seaside Beach Club Complex.

A coin-operated laundry room is available for guest use. Please do not launder the towels from the unit - they are provided by housekeeping.

Parking is available for up to one vehicle at this home.
Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the parking.

Limited overnight parking is available by permit at the Seaside Visitors Bureau for extra vehicles or unoccupied RVs/travel trailers of hotel, motel, or VRD guests only. Guests may obtain a parking permit at the Visitors Bureau, located at 7 N Roosevelt (Hwy 101) in Seaside, during business hours. The Visitors Bureau is open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays seasonally.

Perfect Location

With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again.

4th of July Family Trip

We had a great time. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and all the 4th of July activities. Perfect view of firework show and people watching. The place was clean and right on the boardwalk and with easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the keurig. Thanks for a great stay.

Great view- needs updates

The view and location is worth the rest of it but I value people’s reviews and would like to have know this about the property. It needs to be updated and decluttered. The bedrooms main bed is bad and had stained sheets so we slept in the hide-a-bed that was better. Kitchen items are old and I had to clean before using. The deck and view made it worth it. The carpet is stained and towels old but again not the end of the world just for the cost with all the fees it seemed like it would be a bit nicer inside.

Great view, great location, very roomy

We enjoyed our stay in Seaside however they should add black out curtains in the bedroom. The bedroom was very bright from the lights of the parking lot. Decided to try the murphy bed due to the brightness in the bedroom from outside lights. The bedspread had not been cleaned from previous guests and was covered in sand. We removed all the bedding so that it was clear that all of it should be washed.

Very happy with this rental. We did have some trouble getting in but only took About 30 minutes to sort out over the phone.The main bed is rough. Everything else was great. Comfortable seats and well stocked dishes.I would rent again.
