「What a beautiful property I would definitely stay here again. Jake at check-in was incredibly informative with excellent customer service skills. The granola and fruit were delicious. I loved the common areas, which were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. The ice machine kept running out of ice, but that’s just a little thing that they need to fix. I look forward to visiting this beautiful property again with my family! 」

However, we had an issue down the road at a different hotel that ended with us leaving and the staff here told us they would have lied about having a homeless or drug problem because its not an upsale. Needless to say, we checked in and walked to the parking lot to be met by some other guests looking for a score and cash. Didn't feel safe traveling with a child.」

「Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and all staff interactions were helpful and friendly. The location is good as well. The only negative was that our king room was a little small. But we’re always grateful for a room in Newport. It’s a fun city to visit on Oregon’s beautiful coast. 」

「Horrible experience-very uncomfortable bed - could feel springs any way I laid. Didn’t sleep well. Old chairs that should be thrown away and smelly. Toilet was unacceptable- the size for a child - too short and small- fell when trying to get up off the commode! Spotty internet even with password- weak signal. Room smelled of mildew and smoke. I’m requesting a refund 」

「The room itself wasn’t anything spectacular considering it was pretty expensive for one night. The shower in the bathtub were a little dirty. The whole room is a little dirty to be honest. They were clumps of hair in the corners of the room. It almost looked like animal hair. The shower and the bathtub had stains in them. The whole reason why I booked this room was for the jet bathtub. I ended up not using the bathtub because it didn’t look very clean. There were no bottles of water in the room...
