「I loved everything about this apartment. The view is spectacular, the location is convenient to the main stretch of restaurants and shops plus practically on the MINES campus. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable. We watched a movie on the big tv every night. Great spot to hang out!」

「We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back!」

「When we first arrived we were greeted by Gracie Lou and Bill very warm welcome. When we opened the door to the cottage we were amazed by how comfortable it was. We loved ever moment of our stay and plan to return next year. Katie and Bill were very easy to communicate. Check in was so convenient. Loved the location. Will be back again. The only thing that would have made it better was a stackable washer and dryer. But all and all it was a fabulous stay!」

Walked downtown each morning for coffee and really enjoyed the convenience for everything we enjoyed. Julia was responsive and very helpful. The house is very historic and well decorated!! One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. Nice and quiet neighborhood and a pleasure to walk around. Will definitely stay here again!!」
