「Stayed for 4 nights when in town for a Red Rocks concert. Host was great communicator and super accommodating. We checked in to find delicious home baked cookies and other treats. Close to Grocery and other amenities. Recommend!」

「I like this place and the location is perfect, but this particular unit has not been clean enough either time I’ve had it. The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. I wasn’t there much so it was satisfactory for my purposes, but I think that should be addressed. and by the way, I didn’t communicate with the property manager, but it makes me push something and then it doesn’t let me submit...

「The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place.」

「We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door...
