「Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.」

「Beautiful, clean condo in a great neighborhood.」

「The front room gets really hot without a fan but other than that it was a great location. Fun outside patio. Good stay」

「Had a great stay was close to the wedding venue. Was nice clean place. We had family dinners who live」

「Brushed and Bold has a great location in RiNO, close to good restaurants and bars on Larimer. Check-in and entry was easy. Parking on the street was not a problem. The unit was very clean and well-equipped.」

「Easy access, nice space and amenities 」

The building and the unit is a little dated but all in all it served our needs and was very comfortable and convenient.」

Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door &...
