「Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. The host was great with communication and check-in was a breeze. The parking space in the garage righ next door was really convenient and it was great to have an enclosed space guaranteed. 「Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). 「I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.」
