「Very courteous and clean! The coolest neighborhood we have visited in a long time!」

「My husband and I loved our stay here! It was a nice getaway and the creek beside the property was so soothing to listen to. I highly recommend staying here.」

「Great location ! Minutes from lots of attractions.」

「The property was clean, cozy and had very comfortable beds. We liked the location just outside of town. 6 people in the property would have been very crowded. The heat did not work in one of the bedrooms. The host did have space heaters in the property for us to use. We had to reach out to the hosts for check in procedure, wifi information and the heat not working. They always responded quickly. We would suggest the property address be identified at the roadside or at least on the unit and a...

「This house was adorable! We have stayed in so many VRBO's but this one stood out due to all the little touches the owners provided. From the Christmas tree to the holiday decorations in the house, down to the basket of snacks that were provided (I'm talking marshmallows with a picture of the house on them) - the details were amazing! LOVED our stay! Thank you for all the extras - we didn't have to go shopping for toilet paper and dishwasher detergent like normal. This was so appreciated and...

「Excellent experience, amenities, location, and stay. The cottage is quaint & well located to many stores, restaurants, and shopping. I would stay again! Teresa is a kind, caring & top notch host!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Nest! The property was cozy and well-kept and is in the perfect location to be able to travel to-and-from both Colorado and Manitou Springs with ease. Also just a short drive from Garden of the Gods! The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had, which we appreciated. Definitely recommend!」

「Diana was amazing! She was extremely considerate of my 4 year old son - leaving toys out in the vrbo that he LOVED - and checked in a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. Very grateful for her and her space!」

「This was our 2nd time staying at this property, we will be back for a third time. It is in such a great location, caretaker is so welcoming, the property was perfect for our needs.」

「Great place, clean and super cute! Loved the location too.」

「Very cute and perfect for one or two people. Close to all the activities.」
