「Very nice cottage, beautifully designed and very functional for 2 people. All appliances were new and of high quality. The surrounding neighborhood was very beautiful. Despite being close to I 25 it was very quiet inside. The outside area of the cottage was nicely landscaped.」

「I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. 「Nice host. Unit is nicely decorated and clean. Parking situation isn’t the greatest because you have to walk around a short concrete wall then walk all the way under the stairs, then all the way up the stairs. Unit is situated off of an alley so not sure you can DoorDash anything there. Pool was nice. 」

This spot had all the necessities - entertainment, cooking, and a hot tub that I wish I spent time in!Jon is super helpful and maintains the property really well.
