「客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。 昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。 一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。」

「コンピューターがダウンしていてチェックインに時間がかかった。タクシーか必要だったがホテルのポリシーで呼ぶ事ができないとタクシー会社の名刺をわたし自分で連絡してくれといわれた。周りにレストランもないのにホテルにはバーしか無く提供できる食事はピザ、サンドイッチ、サラダぐらいです。周辺にレストランがあればいいのですが周りに何も無ければ、ホテル内に食事を提供するレストランがほしい。」

「とても便利のよい立地にあるシティホテルです。ランドリー設備もあり、バレーパーキングも便利で、レンタカーの旅にもお勧めです。」

「I thought when I made the reservation I wa staying in the castle not a lodge. I made the assumption based on the site the rooms were named. Some hotels do that. So I was disappointed to be spending the night in a lodge in basically the basement. Room was clean. Shower was hot, breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs good. Fruit. Some mystery casseroles. The jutting rock formations were larger than life. Got to finally see some Rams. Big ones and a small family of them the next morning and deer....

「This is an amazing property! Walking into the lobby was refreshing! The space has thee best vibe..I hope I can find other locations! They are not kidding when they talk about SCP. My soul loved the stay. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a rustic/farm industrial design. Check in and out was super easy too.」
