I would like to express my profound gratitude and commendation for the truly exceptional experience my daughter and I had during our recent stay at your Courtyard establishment. From the moment we stepped through your doors, we were enveloped by an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Every member of your team we encountered was not only professional but also remarkably friendly and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcomed and valued throughout our visit. Our accommodations were simply superb. The room was not merely clean; it was impeccably spotless, meticulously maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with every amenity needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a high standard of care is consistently upheld. I must particularly highlight the extraordinary assistance provided by one of your outstanding team members, Miranda. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, my daughter needed to be added to my itinerary at the very last minute. This could have easily been a stressful and complicated situation, but Miranda handled it with unparalleled grace and efficiency. Her dedication to resolving the matter seamlessly, her empathetic understanding, and her proactive approach went far beyond expectations, ensuring a smooth and worry-free adjustment for us. Her actions genuinely transformed a potential inconvenience into a testament to your hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. We highly recommend the Courtyard to all family and friends.

Incredibly soft bed, nice shower, and the temperature actually stayed consistent, which is rare for hotel rooms, just overall extremely comfortable room. I have stayed in a ton of hotels and this is definitely in my top three. Also the bartender was extremely nice, as was every staff member we talked with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, a good stay!

I stayed at the Courtyard for 2 nights for a convention happening in town. Overall, the stay was good. My only negative feedback is that the shower had hairs in it and the toilet seat cover had hairs on it as well. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you to the kind reception staff!

Amazing location. Hotels.com customer service bad.

Great location near the broadmoor area. However, I have been charged twice for my stay and hotels.com’s customer service has been atrocious. They charged me online and again at check in and no one caught the glitch. Not very organized.

Family Christmas

We asked for joining rooms was told they would try If not they could get us next door to each other Did not happen The hotel was pretty empty so we figured since we had kids and grandkids they would have been more accommodating Then we have never paid for parking It was $10 for an open parking lot On a good note the beds were very comfortable

Just an honest review

Be advised that they rent out the pool from 3pm-8pm for private swim lessons and the pool is closed. Our family spent the day at the zoo and was excited to swim when we got to hotel. We were very disappointed that it was closed. Both days we stayed. Tv apps didn’t work. And there was no children’s channels on tv. We were hoping to have a movie night since pool was closed. We were unable to watch on the tv. When we clicked on internet tv. Screen just went black. Their “store” was not stocked. A few chips. And stuff for laundry or Advil. Breakfast is not included in your stay. Food is pricey and was burnt and crumbled into small pieces. Over all not family friendly with pool closed during day. ( pool should be available for paying guest). No hot tub. No kids channels on tv. It’s set up for more of business stays instead of families. Some good was beds were comfy. Shower was hot.
