「Every single thing about the stay was fantastic. Comfy bed, tons of space, walking distance to great food and groceries and supplies, well-stocked kitchen supplies, super quiet and private, and great communication from the hosts. As with most vacation rentals, you just need to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent ($1.50 for the travel size at Walmart next door), and everything else is there for you. I highly recommend this home!」

「Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. 」

「Lovely place, nice and clean and cute. Very comfortable. Had lots of helpful items I forgot to pack which I appreciated (like a blow dryer and shampoo) Very minor gripe we were woken early by noise from the attached home, which was unfortunate as we were hoping to sleep in uninterrupted as we were on a retreat together (away from the kids) Maybe if there was a fan running continuously to dampen any extra sounds that would help? Like I said it was minor and my husband and I agreed if we ever were...
