Owner stays in the upstairs separate apartment with her rescue puppy and family and does work from home - we will encounter one another more than likely or hear one another on occasion :-) Please let us know if things are too noisy! We do our best to keep upstairs noise and voices to a minimum after 10p :-) Additionally something to keep in mind, owner's utility room is on the lower level outside the guest apartment. This home was built in the very early 1900's; one of the original homes in Cherry Creek! Old home charms alongside its quirks. Lower ceilings, creaky wood floors, amazing backyard you're welcome to share! I've made lots of updates over the years, however if you're noise sensitive, a light sleeper, etc this may not be the perfect place for you! Price is reflective of all of these things :-) However, I am always available and happy to accommodate guests as best I can at your request.
