Location location location!!! Walking to lots of restaurants and shopping so nice! Beautiful neighborhood. Basement apartment was totally fine. Everything you need. I did not catch the part that says the ceiling was low in places until after we arrived in Denver… which it was low in the entry area. The height in the apartment itself was fine. Great big bed and bedroom. Nice! We had a great time!

It was a nice place to stay at in between all of our travels. Host messaged throughout stay to make sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend! Close to a lot of little shops and restaurants.

Sarah was great at answering any questions we had. It was a cute little place to stay! Cozy bed and the kitchen was perfect to cook in. Would recommend!

Nice place. Easy parking. Good location

Very nice place with dedicated parking. Good location with easy access to Cheesman Park. We met the owner one evening. Super nice people.

Cozy Location

Everything met what was advertised, except for accessing the internet. Connected to the WiFi but absolutely zero connection to internet. Had to leave to get access,frustrating when business calls!

Lovely, but some issues

The place itself was lovely, but it was extremely hard to find the entrance. There was no entrance from the street address side, and we had to figure out for ourselves that we needed to come in through an alley in back. The instructions said to use the 'guest parking' but it was not marked, and we were only able to figure out the house number because the number was on the garbage/recycling bins. Once we got inside, everything was very nice, but the wi-fi was non-functional, and contacting the host did not result in any action or apology about that.

The tunnel

Our Uber getting there had great trouble finding the gate in the alley as there are no addresses or signs back there. (Can’t order food delivery either)It was narrow, dark and I hit my head on the low ceiling three times. There was no bedding for the pullout, which had a giant sunken area. (See pic) We hated it there so much we stayed at a hotel the second night.

Nice, safe place.

In the area for a conference. Safe neighborhood, female traveling solo. 15 minute drive to the convention center (depending on construction.)Entrance was in the back (not on Josephine), so utalize the alley off of 5th for your parking spot. There is street parking on 5th too. There was a dog and small child upstairs so it did get noisy at times, but if you know that going in, it’s no real issue. Had to connect to the tennent, communication was smooth.

very accommodating stay. Host very responsive and hospitable. Property excellent for my needs - spent very little time in unit. I will re-book for Denver visits, close to Cheesman is my one priority.

Sara was a great host! The property is very clean and neat. She had extra hygiene products available. Very responsive and she offer cookies when we were setting in.

Nice, centrally placed basement apartment

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The basement apartment is nicely furnished and well-stocked. The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes from Cherry Creek, Washington Park, the Botanic Gardens, City Park, the Museum of Nature and Science, and ten or fifteen minutes from the Civic Center, the opera house, and all the nearby venues. The check-in process is really easy, and there is a parking spot in back, so, very convenient. Would definitely go back.

Boy, those ceilings are low. I felt like I had to bow my head down whenever I was up and walking around. I bumped my head 6 times on the low beam near the front entry. Ticked me off every time, and I left a little bruised. Access to the laundry would have been nice as I needed to do laundry twice. Lighting was a little on the dim side. The WiFi was too weak. I had to reboot multiple times when I was on it. TV options were on the weak side too. Very few channel options.

Noisy and dark

I knew this was a basement department, but I didn’t expect it to be as dark as it was. The pictures are deceiving. They need better lighting and/or brighter bulbs. Additionally, you hear every single thing upstairs in the house, including conversations, so it was miserable trying to sleep each night. And The only pillows were huge and hard as a rock more importantly,

Denver stay

The property was okay, the host was very nice...but it is definetley not capable of accomodating 4 people...two people at max. It only has one bed and a very small pull-out bed from a very small couch. The towels in the cupboards smelled old and musty. There was an issue with the Internet/Wi-Fi...despite the property manager's attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. Additionally, unfortunatley there was constant noise from above, including banging, footsteps, and crying which made it challenging, especially considering the price.
