「Great staff….very accommodating and the private tour was excellent. Drinks and cigars in the Churchill Bar were very enjoyable. Not sure who approved the renovations in the hotel but it’s obvious they have no sense of preservation or care of the hotels history. If not for the cheap and hurried renovations this would have been completely 5 star. 」

「出張の最終日に一泊しました。訪問前にホテルの情報を見ていたので素敵なんだろうと楽しみにしていたのですが、期待以上でした。ホテルの雰囲気もお部屋もとても素敵です。浴室はバスタブとシャワーが別で使い勝手もよく、バスタブは深さもあり快適でした。Welcomeドリンクや、レストランでのバウチャーもいただきましたが、半日の滞在で使うことができずで残念。後ろ髪を引かれる思いでホテルを後にしたので、デンバー再訪の際は、また必ず利用します。プライベートでぜひ戻ってきたいです。ユニオン駅までも徒歩圏内です。」

「Nice property and amenities, the staff were great. Thanks to Maya and Dmitri . But the buffet breakfast is monotonous. I was there for 7 days, and it was always same. 」

「The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with the FreeMallRide Bus (from the union station to the end of the Mall) stopping right next door, and the 16th Street Mall can be reached without crossing the street. Compared to the hotel's rating, the hotel has a lot of space, including a sofa in the lobby and a library in the basement.
