Very friendly host with very clean home. Went here with a friend and we were both impressed with it. Location is a bit further than I thought from downtown but I didn’t mind. Great stay and fast communication. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I come again.

A modern and clean looking guest house that met all our needs! Two bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice living space and well stocked kitchen area. Washing and drying machines but we did not need them, as we stayed for just one night. The host was very responsive and kind.Just read the driving directions carefully and enjoy!

I was traveling into Denver with my 20 yo daughter, so therefore needed two bedrooms. This was a terrific option close to town and Red Rocks. The home is completely up to date and well stocked. Don’t let the surroundings fool you, as the drive in looks a bit rough, this place is a gem. The small turnoff next to the home allows you to get off the street for parking. Communications were terrific and very responsive. Would definitely stay again when in town.

This place was amazing! Made my experience in Denver twice as amazing. Its very convenient and close to downtown Denver and everything is very modern and updated. The owner’s communication couldn’t have been better, and they made it known that if anything was wrong they would take care of it. 10/10 place to stay in the Denver area and would reccommend for anyone looking to find a more laid back stay in the mile high city!

This property was excellent. Diana the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and met all our needs. I cannot say enough about the value for money. It’s far enough on the outskirts of Denver to avoid the major traffic but close enough to get to the city easily. We went to Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain National Park without any difficulty. Red Rocks is just a short drive from the house. High recommend. We had a wonderful stay at the house and week in Denver. If we come back we will stay here again!!!
