「Our introduction was terrible, apparently Expedia had not put the reservation thru to the hotel. So ...even though I had proof of the confirmation on my phone they took about a 1/2 hour of our standing around to find some IT guy to straighten it all out and get us to our room. To be fair, on first glance the hotel is stunning. But the noise level at the mammoth bar i the lobby is annoying. However on first glance the building is well done, very attractive colors, good design. The corridors...

「Thanks John for your hospitality during my stay. This was the last day of muly business trip and finally I relaxed a lot there.」

「The location is good, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the lobby cozy. The room could have used some maintenance as the faucet and shower dripped but overall a good experience」

「Charming older motel spruced up, by the river up canyon from Boulder, convenient parking outside, nice hot tub next to river. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My only complaint was that the walls are thin, but it goes with the territory.」

「comfortable hotel」

「A/c wasn’t working in our room called front desk had to wait over an hour for maintenance. Couldn’t get ready for our evening because it was 82degrees in our room. The listing and the front desk stated there were snacks and water in the room however there were neither. I asked front desk and they said I’m sorry it must have been a mistake.」

「Received three bills for my stay. All three had different amounts. Non of the three was the amount charged to my company credit card. I reached out several times over a two week period. I still do not have an accurate bill to submit for my expenses.」

「Great place to stay」
