"Great stay! Friendly staff and good location "

"Walked into our room and the A/C was not working. Called down to the desk and they sent a tech up to check out the A/c unit. He pulled the filter that was about a year old and said oh that’s the problem. The unit was so dirty and plugged up it wouldn’t work. The tech called down to the desk and said the a/c was broken. They gave us another room and the exact same thing happened. Asked for a manager and was told “ since we went with Expedia they could do nothing further but offer a drink voucher”. The manager then admitted the buildings main A/c system was down after i called for a refund. I showed the manager how our sink was broken, the toilet seat was cracked, the shower plate was coming off the wall, and the towel hangers were all pulled away from the wall and the door lock was broken. Worst place I have ever stayed."

"I found this an extremely pleasant hotel from the minute I walked in and met Matt at the front desk. I had a long day of travel and he made the check-in process so easy. My room was probably the nicest room at this price point that I have ever stayed in and I have traveled a lot. I also chatted with Lee at checkout and he was pleasant and helpful too. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in Boulder."
