This was my second stay at the Moxy Boulder in a two-month period, and the quality of the room and amenities remained excellent. I specifically requested the same room for my return visit, which the staff accommodated during a slow January week. I stayed four nights, and the experience was positive overall. On the morning of checkout, I requested a 1:00 p.m. checkout after my flight time changed. I was told this could not be accommodated due to housekeeping staffing and that late checkout was reserved for elite status guests. While I understand policy constraints, the hotel appeared to be very lightly occupied, and a one-hour extension seemed reasonable under the circumstances.

The valets were so quick and kind and had smiles on their faces. It was a great welcome after a 10 hour drive. Our room very clean and had a wonderful view from the picture window of the mountains.
