"Nice location, easy to get to the train and easy to find. The facilities and view were great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine - not spectacular for space (to be expected in Japan) and the bathroom wasn’t great compared to other facilities we had. Having a laundry facility and kitchen in the room was fantastic. Water and coffee were available in the lobby, which was good. We didn’t take advantage of the new reception area but would have enjoyed that if we had more time. Overall a good experience. "

"Decent breakfast, though not many tables to eat at. Good coffee/latte maker in the lounge. Rooms are small Japanese style. Beds were VERY hard! I could feel th springs coming through the bed I was in. Also, these rooms are only big enough for two adults and maybe one small bed sharing child. twin beds small!"

"Room was super tidy, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location is great as well, not too far from the airport or the main areas to visit. Within 5 mins there’s a family mart & within 7 minutes there’s a don quoite"

"They send us across the street to the old building, no lobby,no reception desk.hallway wall and carpet are old and dirty, bedsheet and blanket not look clean they have many yellow spots, i ended up had to buy disposable bedsheet and blanket cover them before i slept on it. "

"Everything worked well but I would recommend you have the swimming pool in operation and perhaps thinking about adding a jacuzzi tub or two. "
