"Air Con is turn on only upon request. Even if requested, staff disagreed as outside is cold. However, room was warm and need AC to cool down "

"Hotel was nice and well maintained. Definitely a bit older and a pretty standard Tokyo sized room but we enjoyed our stay overall. I did develop some back pain after this stay as the bed was quite firm. The sauna and public bath was nice and had more amenities than in the room."

"Only one thing I would say that I woudlve liked to be told when I was checking in, if you lose one of the room keys it’s about 18$ or so for lost key. I would recommend they tell their guests before hand about this when checking in. Thankfully I found it but yeah otherwise it was very comfy place to come back to at the end of the day. Fantastic location!!!"

"Good location; there's a mall "Tokyo Midtown" near by with lots of restaurants and supermarket. The room is very tight cannot walk with suitcases opened. However it's nice to have a massage chair after 20k+ steps a day."

"The hotel was well situated. It was in the upscale resdential Azabujuban neighborhood. There were convenience stores, interesting restaurants and bars near by. Rooms were on the small side (though dominated by a huge bed). Unless you have a subscription to a streaming service, no English (or other than Japanese) language television was available. Bring an HDMI cable to connect to the TV if you have those services on your computer. Pleasant 24 hour coffee area, bars in the hotel, but no restaurants beyond breakfast, which was very nice. Definitely a really nice stay."

"The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean u get new towels everyday, the location is in a professional area so it’s quiet. The rooms are cozy but you don’t come to Japan to stay in your room the whole time the bed fit both of us perfectly fine. There’s restaurants , bars , clubs and a claw game store near by but at night be aware there are touts near by preying on tourists "
