"Our mattress was not very comfy at all. There was an a/c unit in the window above our bed. We arrived on Sunday and were warmly greeted and given a brief tour. The house is beautiful. "Cute B&B run like a hotel just outsude the gate to the world famous Chautauqua Institute. Very quiet although it is an older home. Real nice staff."

"The authentic food and unique experience was amazing. Would gladly stay here again. Keep in mind it is cozy 7 quaint and lots of stuff or large people will struggle with the wiggle room but if that doesn't scare you, everything else is special. "I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."
