「Beautiful house with large, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Close enough to downtown Goshen to walk and we found some great restaurants. Excellent area for cycling down long, well paved country roads. It was a special treat watching the horses at Goshen Historic Track right across the street from the house.」

「Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.」

「Only thing we enjoyed staying at the B&B was the warm breakfast, very much so. But for health reasons we cook our meals, requiring at least a kitchenette for us to stay at hotels for multiple nights during our trips. Very cleverly made hotel description, with photos depicting as if every room (labeled “deluxe”) had a kitchen, and customer reviews of 10/10, stupefied, if not deceived, us completely. 「We had a very pleasant stay at this. Eautiful country property. Check in was smooth and instructions were easy to follow. Our room, in the main building was well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were fine. Breakfast was great! Common areas were lovely and inviting, and the s’mores kits in the lobby were just the thing for an evening around the outdoor fire pit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene country setting.」
