"Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in took longer then expected because rooms were not ready."

"If you just need somewhere to pass out for the night, this will do. It wasn’t the cleanest, no room service during our stay, rooms are dilapidated and the entire hotel smells like smoke even though it is a no smoking hotel. We had a two night stay and I had to go get my keys reactivated twice during our stay as they would not work. We made the best of it but will not be staying here again. "

"We had a very clean nice room with comfortable beds and pillows, nice shower. And most of all we love the pools and hot tubs, along with the pizza at the pool. Always a pleasant experience! And the bakery is superb, yum."

"The size of the room was amazing - but it had a horrible musty smell. We probably would not stay again. The valet was complimentary but the line was so long, we did not end up using it."

"The stay was great overall. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of items of interest on the premises. The room was clean."

"Wish we had ear plugs or something due to the amount of night time noise coming from the streets. When checking in the front desk person said my room number out loud. As a woman it made me uncomfortable because you never know who is listening (even though I was there with my husband). Otherwise everything was good. Loved the food options and different form of entertainment for all ages"

"The receptionist at check in was very helpful. We wanted a room away from the freeway. We were disappointed with the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant. They barely spoke to us apart from taking our order. Dinner was good but the oatmeal at breakfast was disappointing. We’ve had far better on previous occasions."
