"Tahoe City is the place to be. evo has a great location and staff. Restaurant and bar is fine plus you can easily walk to more places to eat and shop. Location looks at Lake Tahoe on the front and a golf course on the back with golfers, dogs, incoming geese and duck. We loved it."

"Parking right in front of our back deck, easy checkin with keyless option, coffee maker and small kitchen with dishes and cookware, comfortable bed with pillow top mattress and wish I couldve stayed longer to enjoy the many amenities."

"Overall impression on the property was phenomenal. Spacing was great for a party of 13. Tahoe City was close by and was a pleasant strip to visit. Home is just as described, even though there wasn’t an AC it kept cool without the unit downstairs. Neighborhood was very calm, about a 15-20 minute walk to the non-private beach. "

"This property's highlight was the view of the entire Lake Tahoe. Next was the layout of the house which includes three levels each with a seating area, bathrooms in all areas some with two, two kitchens. Could not ask for more! Everyone was delighted with our stay at the Tahoe Mountain Retreat."

"This home fit our family needs perfectly. Close to Tahoe City and the lake. Wish we would have had a few more days to take advantage of everything. The HOA access to the private beach and facilities is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked and as we had a family with a one year old, we did cook a number of meals there. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Zach, the property manager was amazing. His communication was quick and he took great care of us.Yes, I would definitely recommend this property. Only reason I gave a lower score on one section is a lake view would have been preferable. However, the patio was so cozy for the family to gather that the lake view was not a big issue. Coming from Texas the pine trees and mountains were a nice change for all of us."
