「Check-in was keyless and automatic, which sped up the process after a long drive. The place was cozy and very convenient to the Northstar resort. Wonderful views of the snowy forest behind the condo.」

「The location, the location, the location of the this condo is great, about 5-10 min walk in the icy up hill to condo run (2 min showed in the map, but many steps). The place could be an option for a true ski lover. Keep in mind, it had bare minimum for the stay (no salt n pepper, pans and pots are somehow dirty), so be prepared to pack everything you need if you plan to cook for dinner. We had a great time in Northstar, however we were having issues during the stay. The water heater didn't heat...

「Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.」

「We rented the Alpine Manor Retreat for my daughter’s ski birthday weekend. This place is great. Great location. Easy to get to Alpine, Pallisades, Tahoe City or Truckee. Clean. We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. 」
