「We loved staying here! Unfortunately we had a last minute change to our stay but Dana was able to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and we appreciated the tea and coffee service. Super comfortable bed after a long road trip. Very convenient to the Whole Foods and area restaurants. Incredibly quiet room. Would definitely stay here again! 」
「Little old hotel half a block off the main drag and right across the street from the shops at heavenly. Has been all redone and even though the rooms are small, they are spotless. The manager, who I think is maybe the owner? Allowed me to check in early when I got there much sooner than I thought I would. I really enjoyed my stay and I would be happy to stay there again when I return to Southlake Tahoe.」

"We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away."
