"We had a wonderful four night stay in a room overlooking the harbor. The balcony was lovely in the morning as we drank our coffee and ate a free continental breakfast that is delivered to your room at the time that you wish to have it there. On a few special mornings, we were able to watch the otters playing in the bay as we ate. Each day we were given fresh bottled waters, which can cost a great deal in other hotels. The staff, especially Concordio and the manager, were professional and responsive. Concordio recommended great restaurants for us to try. We had a very minor issue while there and both of these individuals went above and beyond to make it right. We are grateful. If we find ourselves in Monterey again, we will stay here. We highly recommend the property. "
