The apartment was very clean, spacious, and arranged perfectly. The oceanview was great. The amenities in the resort were nice and the front staff staff were very nice and helpful, even though we checked in via VRBO and not as regular guest. The walk down to the beach was too steep for us to try it twice (not young enough) but there are several beaches just a short drive away. Totally recommend.

This was perfect for a quick visit to the weekend coast, with a great view and easy access (just down the path) to the beach. The property manager provided great instructions and even a few keurig coffee pods. Our only downside was how short our visit was...we look forward to a longer stay.

I’ve been to seascape resort for a meal before but never stayed over- will definitely be staying here again. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property. A few restaurants across the street for more casual dining. Sunset was AMAZING!

Thanks 🙏 we have an amazing experience in your place. The view is beautiful. The room super clean with all the necessities. The service was great, we love the beach even when it was so cold and windy but it was fun, the pool in the fitness center is amazing. Everything is like a high in resort . We are so happy that we want to come back again . For sure we will talk about it will all our friends and over social media . The only down thing was they it was not AC just heat but we accommodate our selves. Thanks 🙏

Relaxing stay

I traveled with my friend and her 2 year old daughter. This unit was great for the three of us, super clean and well stocked. When our kids were young Seascape was one of our go to resorts, easy access to the beach and pools. I was delighted by the top notch and friendly service that we received during our stay! A few things to note: shuttle cart service to beach is not included in this rental. My friend is going thru cancer treatment and with a 2 year old. The manager was very accommodating by allowing us to use it. Also, sleeper sofa mattress needs a topper or something as I found it very uncomfortable. Aside from that, great stay!

I stayed for 5 days in the beginning of November. It was nice because the resort was pretty empty with the weather still good enough to enjoy the pools. I struggled to understand which amenities were available to us by booking through Vrbo. When asking the staff, some knew and others didn't. We were told the room didnt have gym access and had issues getting into the side pools. I found out the last day we could've done a bonfire on the beach, which would've been nice to know in the beginning. Would be helpful to add a welcome booklet with info on the resort for future guests and what things booking through vrbo does and doesnt give us access to.

Seascape rental

The place was pretty much as described, except that the sleeper sofa was not usable. We had a nice time but had an odd experience after checking out. We had packed our things, placed the keys in the lock box, texted the owner and left at 11:00 AM. A short time later while we were on the road, we got a very upset voicemail from the owner saying we had not left the keys (we did) and that we had left all our belongings (we didn’t). She said they had placed all of “our” belongings at the front desk, under my name. She even texted pictures of the other people’s belongings! I responded that since we had all our things and since we had, indeed, placed the keys in the lockbox, perhaps her next tenants had entered early. She was very rude and accusatory. I didn’t hear back with an apology and I hope the other tenants got their things back from the front desk!
