COZY BEACH HOUSE plus GUEST HOUSE each unit 2 adults PET FRIENDLY

  • COUPLES BEACH HOUSE PLUS GUEST HOUSE. PERMIT NUMBER 201381. no guest or parties. allowed..The house and cottage both are fully furnished with stocked kitchen in house, kitchenettes in guest house.. outdoor BBQ, each unit has flat TV, and Queen size bed with luxurious linens. Gated yard for your privacy and (1 small PET 20lbs or less...IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... Pet fee $25.00each pet per per night All pets are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there. No Aggressive animals. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!!! No children under 18yr are to be in the guest house without supervision.
    These units are well cared and both are newly remodeled as of oct 24.
    This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe' EL Palomar has a Mexican cuisine and is a great place tom watch sport volleyball. Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies,and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

    Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends, kayak, or plan a cruise on the chardonnay II charter which offers many dining options while sailing on the Beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.
    Santa Cruz has 29 miles of beaches to explore, famous surfing spots from steamers lane to Pleasure Point, Capitola to Seascape and Sunset Beaches.

Excellent choice

The cottage was the perfect place for our Santa Cruz visit! It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved that we could walk to the beach and had amazing meals at Aldo’s and Shadow Brook. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great location

Cozy little cottage close to the beach. Very clean - hostess was very responsive. Cleaning lady Alisha was very pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. Twin Lakes Beach is right down the street and has a cool mexican restaurant. If you like a bit of a walk the Boardwalk and Wharf are within distance. Would love to stay again.

Nice clean and quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. Great location. We parked at the end of 8th Ave. The beach was across the street from there.

Adorable and Cozy, Easy Walk to the Beach

This little studio is adorable. It was clean, nice light, quiet area, and close to the beach. It is a small but spacious studio, with enough kitchen to be comfortable, a nice bathroom, comfy mattress, wifi - great for a little weekend getaway for just two. It was perfect for my husband and me.

Little get away

This is a great location! We brought our little pug puppy. There’s a dog beach at the end of the block so this is perfect. We enjoyed The Crow’s Nest and the Market next door. Also loved Zelda’s and Armida tasting room in Capitola. The cottage itself is charming but a little tight. We were out enjoying the beautiful weather so it wasn’t a big deal. 73* in January! Overall it was lovely.

Not worth the juice ...

Location is good, as you can walk to the beach. Host was nice enough to allow early check in. But ... floors so sticky we couldn't walk barefoot on them. Cheap, polyester sheets and bedding made for night sweating and no way to dry out. She went for 'beach' look instead of sleep comfort. Layout sucks since the wall she put the bed on doesn't allow room for two nightstands, so one person is out of luck. Kitchen had coffee and two coffee makers, so we thought we were set for that, BUT filters didn't fit either one, no sugar and only powdered vanilla (yuk) creamer. Bathroom switches not wired correctly, so you can't use the heat in there and light at the same time. No luggage rack in empty closet, so had to use the only seating in the room for luggage. Had 2 wine glasses, YAY, but ... couldn't even put them on the dining table, due to wobble and uneven wicker top. Suggest Lana that you stay there yourself one night and experience what your guests do. All this and you jacked the price $40/night before we booked. Glad it was only 2 days! Anne
