「Check in was easy, house was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there were lots of essential items in kitchen. Would have loved a charger and some coffee or waters. Yard and fire pits were a nice place to gather. Hot tub was not what I expected but looked clean- smelled strongly of chlorine. Not super full tho- did not use. If you are on the bottom floor- you can definately hear the second floor tenants but it was chill and overall a great stay. 」

「Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of...

「Loved everything about this place! So many thoughtful details have been put into making this stay comfortable, relaxing and accessible! We enjoyed walking to the beach, playing corn-hole in the yard, relaxing in the many places to sit outside, and even being able to cook our own meals with the gas stove! 「Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.」

「Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!」

「Very clean overall, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. i was worried about the noise of the nearby road when we arrived, but with the windows closed, the air in, nobody noticed any noise at all during the night. I would stay there again. 」
