「ピサから車を借りての滞在。駐車場もあり安心して宿泊出来ました。到着時が遅かったのでサンセットが見れなくて残念でした。高台に位置しているのでレストランやお部屋からの眺めが最高に素敵でした。受付の対応も親切でした。レストランではアットホームな雰囲気で美味しいパスタを堪能しました。」

Der mangelde lidt service ift fornødenheder, men det skal også siges, at hvis man spurgte Paula, så var hun rigtig sød til at sørge for at man fik det som man bedte om. 」

SIMONA che ti trasmette una pace e una tranquillità.. è semplecemente meravigliasa. Abbiamo fatto un piccolo corso con cavalli, anche li peraonale gentile e professionale. La Spa ti sembra di essere in un sogno. Cosa posso dire, tutto meraviglioso, sicuramente tornerò. Grazie a tutti . 」

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.」

「The property has a very Tuscan country feel and the staff was very welcoming. It was quiet and safe and the room was clean and large, bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here, the location is a very convenient hub for branching out to see various cities in the Tuscan region.」

「Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

「チェックイン時の女性スタッフの対応がよかったです。フィレンツェまで20分ぐらいで片道2.5ユーロ、部屋は狭いけど眠るだけの私にはこれぐらいでちょうど良かった。シャワーブースのドアが軋んで開閉しにくかったのが残念。」

「Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!」
