"This is truly a welcoming apartment in a small town easily accessible to other sites. Clean, up to date with many little thoughtful touches. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. This is our fifth Vrbo in Italy and one of the best. "

"Excellent home, wonderful host. The house is easily accessible from most of San Gimignano. It’s a 5 minute walk to town center with the best gelato shop. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops within easy walking. The house itself is beautifully and thoughtfully remodeled. It’s a huge house with plenty of bedroom space. There’s an entire dressing room upstairs! The entryway into the Vrbo is a blend of comfort and museum. Just enchanting. Diego, the host, has been super responsive and helpful from...

"Responsive, helpful hosts. 2nd floor, next to Duomo piazza and shopping street. Well stocked with new kitchen ware"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature and the house itself is charming and well cared for. The swimming pool and the tennis court were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day"

"Staff was very helpful. Was a bit bummed the pool was closed as that was part of the reason for choosing the hotel. "

"The host is excellent. Perfect English and Italian. Thoughtful and great communication. Parking instructions were accurate. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is walkable to dining and shopping. The street is steep and the nearby medievale hill town is steeper. While we loved walking up to the hill town everyday, we liked the variety of dining and shopping near the apartment."

"Pros: Tutto stupendo la casa la posizione è. La dolcezza della proprietaria"
