"Didn't expect this much from a b&b"

"The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. When the staff was there they were very helpful. It would have been nice to have someone there the whole day. Also it would have been nice to be able to open the shutters to get some natural light. Also the elevator did not work"

"Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. "

"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

First floor was under renovation not that it was actually part of the hotel which was one floor up elevator not very good worked but not for me. Our room was small . Bathroom was nice, shower great. Noisy at night but not their fault. Location was perfect to Duomo "

"Our host, Luca, was absolutely outstanding!! He was thoughtful, attentive and helpful. He provided us a tour of the property, including the rooftop terrace. From the vantage point of the roof, he explained the rich history of each of the nearby buildings. And he also took the time to show us all the points of interest on a map he provided, even examining it further by use of his computer. What an incredible man! "The villa was a combination of multiple separate apartments, which allowed for plenty of comfort and privacy for our big group. The main floor apartment had a dining table and living space that could fit all of us when we wanted to gather. We took advantage of the pool (a bit of a cold plunge, since we were there in the spring weather), and admired the lovely views of the countryside from the outdoor areas.
