「Wonderful and highly recommendable place in Tuscany within reasonable distance of key Tuscan cities and attractions. As Tuscan as it can be, with traditional Tuscan buildings in a very nice garden with a nice pool and a wonderful view. Be aware though that the property consist of two houses with approx. 250 meters apart. Both very nice, but for a family with kids who love staying at the swimming pool, it was better for us to stay in the main building with the swimming pool and the restaurant....

「Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

「ヴェッキオ橋まで徒歩15分くらいで、タクシー乗り場からも近く、とても便利な場所でした。 部屋も清潔でベットも広く快適でした。 ただ、窓の鍵が壊れていたのでシャッターを開けられなかったのと、隣の部屋の音は少し漏れていました。従業員の対応も丁寧で良かったです。 朝食は毎日ほぼ同じメニューでしたが美味しかったです。 」

「ヴェッキオ橋やピティ宮殿近くで、眺めの良いホテルでした。チェックインから係の方はすごく親切で、バスタブがホテルのお部屋紹介で出てきていたので、バスタブアリかと思いきや、シャワーのみのお部屋で、変更をお願いしたら快く受け入れていただけました。 両親の部屋はリバービューにしましたが、とても良かったです。 お部屋の清掃も、連泊でしたがしっかりして頂けて、アメニティも十分でした。 川向かいのレストラン、Roof Top Bar、ホテル1Fのビストロと両親が足が悪くホテル内で食事は完結させましたが、十分でした。特にホテルで食べたトリュフのリゾットは絶品で、ワインのチョイスも良かったと思います。 みなさんに親切にしていただき、また再訪したいホテルの一つとなりました。」

「上品でリラックスできるインテリア、清潔な客室のホテルでした。予約した時、15㎡は狭いかと心配しました。しかしスーツケースを広げられましたし、快適でした。 レセプションスタッフはどのスタッフも暖かみのある方々でした。2泊延泊するにあたり、エクスペディアから予約をしたかったです。しかし、宿泊している部屋と同じタイプの部屋の金額は出ているのに、上位グレードの部屋しか表示されていなかったため、エクスペディアからの予約は叶いませんでした。 レセプションスタッフに相談したところ、親切に同部屋を提案してくれました。 朝ごはんもとても美味しく、１日の始まりとして良かったです。 部屋の清掃も毎日行き届いており、街歩きの後ゆっくり休めました。 上階の足跡、金曜日と土曜日の夜の喧騒が若干気になりましたが、トータルとして非常に良い滞在が叶いました。 初めてのイタリア、初めてのフィレンツェが良い思い出になったこと、感謝します。」
