「Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!」

「部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったが、エアコンの効きが悪く寒かったのと、wi-fiが繋がりにくかった。自分で水や少し食料を持参したから良かったが、周辺にはお店もないので、冷蔵庫に少し飲み物を用意したり、紅茶やコーヒーくらい付けて欲しかった。レストランにデザートを食べに行ったが、カットフルーツを子供達が頼んだら、丸ごとの果物とナイフが出てきて唖然…。ジェラートを頼んだら棒アイス…あまりに手抜き！素敵なホテルだけれど、ちょっと残念だった。でも、犬連れには庭も広くて快適だったのでフィレンツェに行く時はまたぜひ泊まりたい」

「Saubere, tierfreundliche Unterkunft mit solider Grundausstattung Sauberkeit: Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber , was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. ​Tierfreundlichkeit: Es ist toll, dass Haustiere hier willkommen sind! Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass man das Zubehör (Näpfe, Decken etc.) komplett selbst mitbringen muss. ​Ausstattung: Es war alles Wichtige vor Ort. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und sogar ein praktisches „Spülkit“. Auch Besen und ein Wäscheständer waren...
