"The property was perfect for our party of 12. It was spacious, peaceful, and perfectly located to explore Florence and all parts of Tuscany. Check in and out were simple with Jacopo and Beatrice act as property managers and cooks for dinners, breakfasts, and cooking classes. Rooms are remarkably quiet with all 8 on the second floor. As an added bonus, there is a world class olive oil property next door that will do a private tour and lunch. Everything for us was a 10/10."

"This magnificent Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were very generous is size and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was exceptional too.... The heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the view of the countryside was breathtaking."

"The property was great particularly the outdoor areas and pool with plenty of big tables, pool lounges etc. We booked the whole property and so had all of the separate parts. Each room or set of rooms had their own kitchen and sitting area. This meant there wasn’t a big kitchen/sitting room for all 10 of us. It wasn’t a problem because the weather was perfect and we were outside all the time. There was a regional power cut while we were there and Agnese and her family were wonderful in help us get through that. They were responsive and extremely helpful. "

"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "
