The Hotel was very comfortable and close to all the sites in Florence. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we were missing was being able to log into our Netflix and watch tv at night before going to sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, restaurants nearby with different options, grocery store, laundry room etc. Plus the hotel keeps the keys while we are out that provides extra safe feelings. If the room can be a bit bigger that will be perfect.

This hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is right in the historical district so everything in Florence was in walking distance. There is a nice cafe directly across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. The staff for the included breakfast was very attentive.

I did not sleep well for the entire stay. The mattress and pillows were awful!!! The room was very simple. The bathroom was very small. You needed to bring your luggage up and down on your own, This place has many stairs! This hotel sells on location. If you are seeking for location setting only and sleeping on a bed of rocks, then this is the place to go!
